As one of the largest credit unions located in Central Florida since 1954, we offer you the convenience of 14 office locations in Orange, Lake, Osceola and Seminole County. Different from a bank, any net profits are invested in our communities and also returned as dividends to our members. McCoy members are shared owners in the Credit Union. And membership to McCoy is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attends school in Orange, Osceola, Seminole or Lake Counties; members of the immediate family or household; and organizations of such persons. McCoy Federal Credit Union has federal share insurance, administered by an independent Federal Government agency, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), administered through the NCUA, insures Share Savings, Share Draft/Checking and Share Certificate accounts up to $250,000 per depositor. McCoy Federal Money Market accounts are also share accounts and are insured.
