Marisol Ruiz, the founder of M.R.E. Cleaning Services, wisely spent three of her four college years employed by other cleaning services. Ruiz worked with a cleaning crew alongside two other employees. At the end of her third year, Marisol was promoted to crew-manager and was responsible for organizing work in addition to all customer relations.
Following college, Marisol felt inspired to open her own cleaning service. Today, there are over 25 employees working for a flourishing business with 20 years of experience and counting. Responsibilities consist of all aspects of management along with purchasing, inventory control, customer service, training, and hiring. Due to a great beginning, Marisol was able to put her talents and skills to use to create a cleaning service that has provided excellent service throughout the years.
