Over the past 25 years, Shirley Adams has worked, taught, and consulted in the human resources field. In addition to serving as president of Adams & Associates, LLC – a human resources consulting company, Shirley has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Rollins College in the Master’s of HR Program and as an Adjunct Faculty at Valencia College in the Advance Manufacturing Program. Previously, Shirley was the HR Director for Correct Craft/Nautique Boats, where she was responsible for the Human Resources, Benefits, Employee Development and Safety/Environmental functions for a 400+ employee company.
Shirely earned her Executive MBA from UCF and completed her undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic.
