Orange County Mayor Hosts 4th Annual Jazz in the Park on March 7th
Orange County, FL – Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs will host a free evening of Jazz in the Park on Saturday, March 7 (rain date: March 21), from 4 – 7 p.m. at Cypress Grove Park, 290 Holden Ave., Orlando. With promotional support from Jazzy103.com, the event will feature Jazzyway Express, Eastside Combo, and the Dave Capp Project.
Guests should bring comfortable lawn chairs and may have a picnic on the lawn or purchase culinary delights from food trucks from 4 – 6 p.m.
While designed to recognize Orange County’s volunteer and service organizations that work to make our region the best place in the world to live, learn, work and raise a family, the event is open to the general public.
“Public service and volunteerism are important threads in the fabric of this great community,” Mayor Jacobs said. “The efforts of our service groups enrich the lives of so many Orange County citizens, and it's been an honor and privilege to work alongside them.”
Mayor Jacobs hosted this annual event last year at Cypress Grove Park and twice previously at Dr. Phillips Community Park.
